Once again the drink-pourer with dare I say an overblown penchant for pyrotechnics has been arrested by NYPD for again lighting his Chinatown bar on fire. Despite several warnings from staffers , Albert Trummer, owner of Apotheke, announced he was going to perform a fire show inside the Doyers Street hotspot at about 3 a.m. Oct. 17.
