Friends were concerned that Socialite Melissa Berkelhammer may have been pushed over the edge last week. According to sources a rather nasty tweet from an anonymous account questioning if Berkelhammer, 33, was well known enough to attend the Google Fashion event in SoHo apparently got under her skin.
