Adrenalin junkies unite picture yourself exploring the beautiful blue ice of a frozen waterfall on a crisp winter day, a fringe of icicles hanging above drowning you in a rainbow of light. You swing your ice axe overhead, dig your crampons into the ice to create a new foothold and then move swiftly to your next position on the ice growing nearer to your final destination. But it’s not about the destination, it’s all about the CLIMB!
Whether you’re an avid rock climber, an avid ice climber or have NEVER been climbing before and always wanted to try this trip is for you! We will have a 4 to 1 guide ratio allowing us to split the group into different ability levels. The areas we will be climbing offer routes of varying difficulty allowing you to move to more challenging routes throughout the day as you become more skilled and more comfortable! During the day you will be instructed on equipment usage, climbing techniques, rappelling and safety steps and you will have ample time to put it all to use!
