$20 prix-fixe menu by NYC Top Chef Malik Fall

In honor of the shortest month of the year,Top Chef Malik Fall and the Blue Elm are offering a special $20 prix fixe menu on Mondays and Tuesdays in February . The Blues Elm is famous for making it easy to share your plate.
