Ok its that time of the year again and we embark on another year of culture and commerce in the contemporary street wear community, unlike its counterparts respectfully in the “urban ” or high end markets, street wear directly derives from and has grown from a lifestyle that as of recent become very mainstream. We will now celebrate the growth of the culture and the brands who have laid their mark. Henceforth the ” Contemporary Street Wear Fashion Week “, with the same effect of the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week but with a twist that only the street wear community could set forth.
Form February 11th – February 18th a full week of events, partyies & mini- shows leading up to the official Street Wear Fashion Week Fashion Show hosted by Shiest Bubz on Feb.17th at the Affina Hotel Ballroom located at 371 Seveth Ave.,New York, NY 10001, just one Block from Madison Square Garden.
Events will be taking place at various sneaker and street wear boutiques ,clubs, & lounges across the city :
