FREE Acting Class with ROBYN LEE of the IN THE MOMENT Intensive class taught by world renowned acting teacher & author of In the Moment: Mastering the space between you and the rest of the world.

Robyn Lee teaches acting at the Stella Adler Studio, New York and LA, with annual workshops at The European Film College, Denmark, Ophelia Professional Actor Training – Copenhagen, Austria, Norway, and Australia.

Born in Australia, Lee began her life in ballet, accepted by the Metropolitan Opera Ballet, and Balanchine’s Youth Company. Did numerous stints on Broadway ,toured and added A Chorus Line; Toronto: Rocky Horror Picture Show, Joseph and his Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat to her credits . Robyn Lee has directed and Choreographed 10 Off and Off/Off Broadway shows including: HELP!!DESK ,The Bear Went Over the Mountain, The Ruffian on the Stair, and Night Must Fall .Lee has authored three plays which are: Adore the Spirit, Gorged and Flying, and From Here to Here all produced in NYC and Austria.

COURSE DESCRIPTION: In this four week intensive with a showcase performance, students learn & practice the founding principals of the IN THE MOMENT acting technique as applied to both monologues and scenes. Students will learn the ‘art of being’ as well as the steps to attaining a heightened state of existence that is powerful, present, truthful, connected – and easily applied in both performance and daily life.In this course, students learn a more centered and powerful way of being that captivates attention with greater size and truthfulness.Great for actors, performers, or anyone looking for a deeper understanding of the driving force that is our self.
