Learn about the authentic tradition of Japanese Sushi making and the trendy yet undiscovered flavors of Ippin Ryori also know as “Japanese tapas”. Experience sophisticated aesthetics and a sence of style behind the artful presentation of Japanese cusine. Enjoy six courses of unique Japanese delicacies paired with beer and sake. The tasting is packed with information detailing the origins and cultural relevance of these fine foods. It is an exciting adventure for the food lover or novice, and sure to satisfy the palate and engage the mind.
During this food tasting event you will enjoy a variety of dishes that exemplify Japan’s culinary diversity. Make the foreign familiar, through an in depth understanding of the vibrant techniques and culture of the foods of Japan.
This Saturday evenings at 6:00pm for approximately 2.5 hours . A location near Union Square. (Exact location given once tickets are purchased.) The Event will take place rain or shine ,dress: casual ,capacity: 12 people per event .food: traditional style Japanese cuisine. Included: All the food courses (enough for dinner), and our Foods of New York Culinary guide. Cost is $65 per ticket and $75 with beer & sake.
