Kia will launch New Magentis in New York

The New York auto show will be something to watch out for as the Korean car company Kia is all set to launch the new Magentis during the auto show in April. The preference of New York over a Europe launch clearly shows that Kia knows that its car is much more popular in North America rather than Europe.

The initial views based upon the pictures released by the company the new version of Magentis will have a better and more attractive design than the comparatively boring one of the older version.

The older version has been over looked in the favour of Kia’s smaller model cars like Picanto. Therefore in order to prevent a repeat of the past, the new version will be larger in every dimension. It will be able to provide more space to passengers so that is a very important improvement. The larger dimensions of the car will result in the newer version of Magentis not being grouped with other smaller car groups and hence carve out a niche for itself.

Kia has said that the newer version was a fresh design and is a totally transformed version of the previous version. It shows off a bold, athletic and sporty look, which might be liked by most of the people.

Kia is expected to launch different versions including perhaps a hybrid model, which might be launched in 2011 based on initial reports until now.

Whatever said and done, the new and improved Magentis is a car to look out for as its design is a totally groundbreaking approach from the other car designs of Kia.
