Conservative radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh Sells Condo for $11.5 million

According to restate sources Conservative radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh has reportedly sold his luxury Upper East Side condo for a whopping $11.5 million.The 10-room, 4,600 square-foot pad was put on the market in March for $12.95 million,

Located at 86th Street and Fifth Avenue, the 20th-floor the extravagant regally appointed penthouse is anything but modest. The apartment features a library, four terraces, his and hers dressing rooms, a maid’s room, working fireplaces, and views of Central Park, according to the Corcoran listing.

Each room is drenched in luxury, from the Fortuny upholstered walls to the hand-cut Italian marble that lines the foyer. There are wall and ceiling murals by artist Richard Smith.There are even gold leaf moldings. Though the property reportedly fetched $1 million less than the asking price, the 59-year-old Limbaugh paid only $5 million for it in 1994. Limbaugh also owns a Palm Beach property worth, an estimated $40 million.
