LeBron James was spotted scoping out several townhouses in the West Village.The star athlete toured 23 Perry Street where Billy Joel and his ex-wife Katie Lee, previously lived before going their separate ways.
The four story townhouse, is on the market for a whopping $12.95 million, and has been featured in several magazines including one of Katie Lee’s cookbooks. The huge 4,000-square-foot home includes four bedrooms, four bathrooms and the master suite has a private, as well as a landscaped terrace. In addition, the home has a fireplace, elevator, indoor pool, a garden with a sound system and a kitchen equipped with high-end appliances.
According to reports, the Cleveland Cavalier forward whose still mulling over the idea of playing for the New York Knicks next season also looked at an apartment on the 63rd floor of the Time Warner Building in Columbus Circle. That apartment was on the market for $14.95 million
