Esquire magazine has bought the leading interior designers of New York along with Architect Gwathmey Siegell and Associates to create the ultimate Bachelor pad in NYC. Each year since 2003 Esquire brings these luxury brands together to create the ultimate living space for the single man in Manhattan Style. These incredible living spaces then become  venues for a series of charity gala’s that  have raised over 7.5 million dollars for charity since its inception.

This years chosen location is SoHo Mews. Soho, the center of the art explosion of the 60′s, that has now turned into the hottest, trendiest, most exciting part of the city with its  combination of residential living, retail stores, art galleries, and the city’s finest restaurants makes Soho the perfect living space for the ultimate Bachelor.

Soho Mews itself is a “modern intervention to a very classy cast iron neighborhood,” with its through block it is actually two buildings with a courtyard in the middle.
