Biggest rip-off of the decade! Even after purchasing VIP Plus tickets you do not get to see the ball drop unless you are willing to stand out in the cold beginning 10:30 pm. They sell more VIP Plus tickets than space available at the ball drop venue, and it gets filled on a first-come-first-served basis. We weren’t the only ones who missed the ball drop, there were over a dozen people with VIP Plus tickets standing around us in the same situation. When one guy complained to the hostess, she mentioned that it was the first time anybody had ever complained! We spoke to a lot of people during the party and not one of them seemed to be a repeat customer. I wonder why…
